At Hold Strong 365, we believe nature is a true reflection of life and to weather all the seasons, we need to hold ourselves strong 365 days of the year.  We offer classes and sessions to help your body, mind and spirit evolve to weather the sunny and stormy days through resilience training, movement, and joy.

Coaching

Lacking motivation? Wanting more out of life but don’t know where to start?  Coaching may be the answer!  Practical sessions based on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework to help you move towards the life you want to live.  Each coaching session is tailored to your needs and goals and teaches skills to better manage common issues like stress and anxiety.

Studio Classes

The Hold Strong 365 Studio can cater for up to 10 participants for a range of sessions or classes including Yoga, Zumba, Meditation, Mindfulness and Strength training.

Zumba

If you’re after a workout that tones your body, boosts heart health, makes you feel joyous and gets you fit while moving to music…Zumba is for YOU!

Never danced before?  Doesn’t matter because Zumba is like follow-the-leader with no dance experience necessary to have a great time.

Yoga & Pilates

The ancient practice of Yoga will benefit your life and health in many ways from reduced aches and pains, better sleep, stronger muscles, enhanced balance, improved breathing, a calmer nervous system and yes…more flexibility.

Our yoga classes are fused with Pilates for additional core strength and designed for everyone, no matter what your fitness or experience level.

Strength

Over twenty years later and Pump is still the most popular strength training class because it gets results!  If you’re after a class that’s not boring, trains all key muscle groups and gets it done in an hour, Pump may be for you.  No matter your age, fitness level or experience, we can help you learn great technique for maximum benefits, breath timing to facilitate core strength all to great music that will make you want to come back every week!
